Shipping & Returns
UK: Shipping is between
£2-£6 on UK postage only. Postage will be calculated on your item
and the total including postage will be emailed to you. All UK items
are sent by First Class Recorded Delivery. A signature is required
on delivery.
We will send an e-mail to let you
know your order has been processed and despatched.
Nearly all orders arrive within a few days, however please allow
up to 15 days, as Royal Mail do not consider an item lost until this
time. Please
contact us for further information
should your item remain undelivered after this period of time.
If an item is out of stock or if
there is likely to be any sort of delay with your order, we will
notify you by email or phone to give you the choice of ordering an
alternative item in stock.
International: Shipping is calculated according to
international postage and emailed to you. Please note that it is the
customer's responsibility to find out the importation law of their
country concerning these items. We will not be responsible for any
item seized by the Customs department in any country.
Returns and Refunds

You can return your item(s)
to us within 14days of receiving your order for a complete refund.
The item(s) must be returned to us in their original new condition
with all of the tags attached and the item(s) still in their
original packaging. Items that have been used, washed, soiled or
damaged in any way will invalidate our offer.
You are entitled to return your item(s) to us in their original
condition within 14 days of receiving your order for an exchange.
This means that you can replace your original order with item(s)
from our online shop up to but not exceeding the value of your
original purchase. If your new pick exceeds the value, you will be
expected to pay the difference. We will not accept an exchange that
is less in value of your original purchase.
You are strongly advised
to use signed-for (recorded) delivery when returning orders - we
will not be held responsible for returns that go missing in the
post.
